When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, order is collected by courier, then delivered directly to you.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day). You’ll get a delivery notification email from CSF Couriers with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How can I edit my shipping/ delivery address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email newdgyalorganic@gmail.com.
How can I reschedule delivery?
Our courier partner CSF Courier will send the contact information for the driver assigned to deliver your order, simply call the driver to reschedule your delivery.
