Absolutely! It can be used on legs, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, top lip, eyebrows, arms, fingers…pretty much anywhere you have unwanted hair.

Yes, because it contains 100% natural ingredients. It is normal to experience redness and slight small red dots on the skin as it does pull the hair from the root. Don’t be alarmed, this should subside in a few hours like any form of hair removal.

This depends on your personal pain tolerance. For some people, all types of hair removal can be painful. For others, sugaring might not be painful at all. Sugaring is usually considered less painful than waxing because the paste does not adhere to the skin.

In addition to a hair-free appearance, sugaring provides light exfoliation. The paste adheres to the dead skin cells sitting on the skin’s surface, removing them with the hair to reveal smoother skin. Also, sugaring may cause hair to grow back softer and thinner through continued upkeep.

This depends on the areas being Sugared. You can get on average 3-4 uses for Full Body i.e.. Bikini, full legs, underarms, face etc.. However, if you’re focusing on just one area for example the bikini, you can get on average 6-7 uses.

As with any other form of epilation (removal of hair from the roots), Sugaring can cause a histamine reaction. A histamine reaction is your body’s response to trauma. When an injury  occurs, your body reacts by producing histamine. This histamine increases the blood flow to the area, creating redness and swelling, the removal of the hair can trigger this reaction. Don’t be alarmed! This is normal, especially in people with sensitive skin and lasts for a few hours.

Yes, you do. Newd Gyal Organic Sugaring Wax is a soft wax formula. This formula facilitates easier application and removal especially for those hard  to reach places.

Each Newd Gyal Organic Sugaring  Wax label comes with a scannable QR Code at the bottom right hand corner. Simply scan the QR Code and it will take you to sugaring tips and demos.

Store the sugaring wax in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. If your household is warm, especially in the summer, store the container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave at 10 second intervals (until desired consistency) before use DO NOT overheat. 

The product is affected by humidity. If it is stored in the bathroom it will change in appearance. If water, steam or foreign materials enter the product, they will also cause a change.

The product’s main ingredient is sugar, which makes it temperature sensitive. It will melt if the room is too warm or if it rests on the skin for too long and will become hard if the room is too cold. If it becomes melted, no need to worry, just pop it in the refrigerator for a few minutes until it reaches your desired consistency (honey-like). If it becomes too hard, just pop in the microwave for 10 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency and use as normal.

Absolutely! Newd Gyal Organic Sugaring Wax is made for all bodies.

• the area is not clean and free from oil/lotions/makeup/sweat
• the area is not dried after cleansing.
• the area is damp with sweat (use drying powder throughout session to absorb moisture)
• the hair is too long or too short. Hair must be at least quarter-inch or about the length of a grain of rice. If too short, allow it to grow out and if too long, carefully trim with scissors.
• too thick a layer is applied – it needs to be thin
• you did not apply the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth and did not pull off the strip in the same direction of hair growth.
• you pull off the strip upwards rather than close and parallel to the skin
• the skin was not held taut/tight.
• you are peeling the strip off and not pulling it off swiftly. Make sure you use force when pulling the fabric strip so it removes quickly and thoroughly and don’t just pull it back gingerly
• the wax is resting on the skin for too long. With Sugaring, you have to move faster than you would with traditional wax, as your body temperature can also melt the sugar wax especially if you are nervous. Nervousness and stress can increase body heat which would then cause the wax to melt and impact its efficacy.

If your Sugaring Wax has become melted/ runny, DO NOT TOSS IT.
